Cap Crown, Interior & Back Closures
The underside and back are where many important specifications hide. These close-ups help buyers discuss seam construction, interior tape, mesh and snapback adjustment.

CONSTRUCTION NOTES
What matters in this collection
A finished front photo cannot show how the crown panels meet, how an interior seam is covered or which closure is fitted. This category intentionally uses detail images rather than repeating an attractive full-cap catalog shot.
Use a top view to agree on crown seam placement.
Use inside photos to discuss seam tape, sweatband and any visible branding.
Photograph the back closure and specify its adjustment range and hardware type.

Inspect the sample details
Look at the inside as well as the outside: seam tape, mesh attachment, sweatband and rear closure can all affect comfort and fit.

Inspect the back of the cap — not only the front
Different rear views reveal why the same front cap design can feel different in production. The closure, panel perforation and interior seam finishing all require separate decisions.

Questions to settle before sampling
- Choose snapback, strap or another closure explicitly; do not assume from the front.
- Approve the rear-opening shape, sweatband and interior seam tape on a sewn sample.
- For mesh crowns, specify net color and front support along with back panel construction.
FROM A REFERENCE TO A SPECIFICATION
Tell us which construction you want to reproduce or change.
Send a side view, front view or existing sample. Include the panel structure, desired brim, logo and estimated quantity. We will clarify what needs to be confirmed before sampling.
