How a Cap Specification Moves Into Production
For OEM Caps, the handoff is organized around cap construction decisions: define the shape, review the physical sample, lock the specification, then inspect production against that reference.
01Define the Cap
Confirm panel count, crown profile, brim shape, closure, material and decoration. If a reference cap is supplied, state which parts are being copied and which parts are only visual references.
02Build & Review the Sample
The physical cap is checked for crown shape, fit, brim, closure and decoration. Logo size or placement can still change here if the stitched result does not look right on the actual cap.

03Lock the Production Reference
Record the approved construction, measurements, material, component colors, decoration position and closure. The approved sample and written specification stay together as the production reference.
04Inspect Against the Reference
In-process and final checks compare the finished caps with the approved construction and specification before packing. Shipping is arranged after the agreed production checks are complete.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
OEM Caps is a manufacturing team operating out of a self-owned facility in Baoding, China. Cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, finishing and inspection are handled in-house. You can verify this through original factory photos, a video call or an on-site visit.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the style, material and colors of your specific product — it is not one blanket number. Tell us your design and quantity and we will confirm the current minimum conditions for your project.
Can I approve a physical sample before bulk production?
Yes. The physical sample is the approval gate before bulk production. Once approved, the sample and documented specification become the reference for production and any repeat orders.
How long does production take?
Development, production and transit are separate stages. Actual timing varies by style, quantity, material availability and approvals. We give realistic ranges with conditions for your specific project rather than a universal promise.
Will I pay U.S. import duties or tariffs?
Duty depends on product classification, origin and current trade measures, which can change. We can provide product details and classification reference information; please confirm current duty with your customs broker before ordering.
