Custom Cap Production Notes
Notes from actual cap development work: panel choices, embroidery revisions, component colors, reference samples and the checks made before bulk production.
The details below are the kinds of things that have stopped or changed a sample in our own project records. A reference cap may be showing only the logo, not the panel construction. A logo that looked right in artwork may need to be smaller once it is embroidered. Thread, mesh and brim colors may need separate confirmation instead of one general color approval.
