Construction details visible in the photos
The cord runs along the base of the crown above the bill. The separate interior photograph clearly shows many small openings and the covered seams inside the cap. These two features should be checked independently: the rope is visible from outside, but internal ventilation should be discussed using inside photos.

The inside view makes the covered seams and hole pattern visible. The printed seam tape is sample branding, not a standard component of every custom order; confirm the tape artwork and interior finish if you need something similar.
What to record before sampling
- Define the front crown profile and curve of the bill before decoration.
- Specify the location, size and color of the visor rope.
- Review side and rear views together with the interior photograph to confirm perforation position, seam covering and adjustment style.
- Test the chosen material and lining; perforations alone do not establish a measured airflow rating.
